Ordering Information:

All of our gowns and reception dresses are made to order, meaning we don’t carry stock. Each order is individually cut and sewn to the size ordered.

Please note “made to order” is not the same as “made to measure”. Our gowns and reception dresses (excluding custom gowns) are cut to your closest size and some alterations will be needed to get the perfect fit.

We do offer split sizing for most of our gowns. This comes with a fee, please contact your nearest retailer to find out the additional charges.

We recommend visiting our flagship boutique or one of our retailers to try on our gowns and to have the stylist take your measurements to ensure you order the closest size.

As our gowns are made to order, there can be variations in the colour of the fabric. Whilst we do our best to match the sample you tried on please allow for up to 2 shades dye-lot difference.

Measurement Guide

How To Take Your Measurements

Refer to the image on the right.

Bust - The bust measurement is taken across the fullest part of your bust.

Under bust – Directly under the bust on the rib cage.

Waist - The waist measurement is taken at the smallest part of your body.

High Hip – The high hip is taken 10cm down from the waist, keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor.

Low Hip – Measured at the widest part of your hip.

Shoulder to Waist – Taken from the highest shoulder point at the neck to the waist.

Shoulder to Floor -  Taken from the highest shoulder point at the neck to the floor with your wedding day shoes on.

Waist to Floor - Taken from the waistline to the floor with your wedding day shoes on.

IMPORTANT NOTES

If you cannot make it to a boutique ask someone with dress making experience to take your measurements for you.

Make sure the tape measure is flat and straight, not on an angle.

The measuring tape should be taut but not cutting in to the skin.
